10 Minutes Exercise

Last week we went outside before lunch and spent 10 minutes running or walking around the school pitches. Teachers and teaching assistants walked around with us as we all worked to improve our fitness. Some of us ran for the whole of the time (wow!) while others walked or did some walking and some running. By the end of it, we were red faced and feeling hot – we definitely earned our lunch and a nice cold drink. Next Friday we will challenge ourselves again and hopefully increase the distance that we can travel in 10 minutes.
