Number Day

We celebrated Number Day on Friday 3rd February.

The children had a lovely, enjoyable day and were involved in many mathematical activities and investigations. They also looked fantastic as they dressed in digits for the day.

Our lovely kitchen staff produced some delicious cookies that had iced numbers on them.

As we are celebrating our school’s 50th Anniversary this year, lots of number 50’s were placed around the school for children to find. Merits and table points were given to children who found them. Lots of fun was had locating these numbers.

KS1 and 2 also took part in a session of BINGO in the afternoon.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all our families who made donations to the charity NSPCC. This will help the charity enormously.

Thank you everyone

Mrs Cochrane
